Working as a project manager, training manager, marketer, commercial and general manager means Olivia has seen and dealt with all possible scenarios and learnt the best approach to resolve and deliver solutions - operational or marketing, one of many reasons she was awarded ‘outstanding recognition’ at the Brighton and Hove Food & Drink awards in 2015.
